Returns & Exchange Policy

At Revan Rose, we are committed to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products. We comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations.

1. Exchange and Return Due to Defect or Non-Conformity

Customers have the right to request an exchange, return the product, and receive a refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law if:

The product has a defect or malfunction.
The product does not conform to the advertised or agreed specifications.
The product does not conform to the purpose for which it was purchased.

Such requests must be made within 15 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

In these cases, the request will be handled in accordance with the applicable law, including exchange, repair, or refund of the product value, depending on the nature of the case.

2. Perfumes and Incense

Due to the nature of perfumes and incense products, products that have been opened or used cannot be resold as new products.

Therefore, exchange or return requests due to a change of mind or no longer wanting the product require that the product be:

Unopened.
Unused.
In its original condition.
With the original packaging and accessories, if applicable.

This does not affect the customer's legal rights in cases of defects, malfunctions, or non-conformity of the product.

3. Wristwatches

In the event of a defect, malfunction, or failure of the watch to conform to the advertised or agreed specifications, the request will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the nature of the case.

Exchange or return does not cover damage resulting from misuse, breakage, scratches, or damage caused by accidents, where it is established that the damage resulted from the customer's use.

4. Change of Mind or Selecting Another Product

If a customer wishes to exchange or return a product due to a change of mind or to select another product, acceptance of the request is subject to the conditions of this policy and the nature and condition of the product.

For perfumes and incense, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

These conditions do not limit or waive any legal rights granted to consumers.

5. Products Included in Offers and Discounts

Products sold as part of offers or discounts remain subject to the consumer rights provided by law in cases of defects, malfunctions, or non-conformity.

The fact that a product is labeled as an "Offer" or "Discount" does not waive or remove the consumer's legal rights.

6. Exchange or Return Request

When submitting a request, please provide:

Order number or purchase invoice.
Customer name and contact number.
Product name.
Reason for the exchange or return request.
Photos or videos of the product when necessary.

The request will be reviewed and handled according to the condition of the product, the nature of the case, and the applicable legal provisions.

7. Shipping Costs

In cases where an exchange or return is due to a defect, malfunction, or failure of the product to conform to what was agreed upon, Revan Rose will bear the costs associated with returning the product and processing the request in accordance with the law.

For exchange or return requests resulting from a change of mind, the applicable shipping and return conditions communicated to the customer will apply, provided they do not conflict with the law.

8. Refunds

Where a customer is entitled to a refund, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method and in accordance with the procedures of the payment service provider, after completing the return process and verifying the condition of the product, in compliance with the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
